Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Partnerships Marketing to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Financial Partnerships Marketing will be responsible for customer retention and acquisition marketing activities for the Wyndham Reward Visa Card, in addition to marketing of other strategic financial partnerships. In this role, the candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive key metrics including new accounts, active rates, attrition rates, and average spend per active cardmember. A successful candidate will navigate the organization to build relationships with internal stakeholders to successfully execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

 

This position has a significant scope and opportunity to grow the cobrand credit card portfolio, which is critical to delivering significant value to the company and our customers.

 

Education & Experience

This Senior Manager is one of 4 team members directly responsible for delivery of the overall Financial Partnerships team goals. The Senior Manager will have a high level of autonomy for planning and executing ECM campaigns, and will work closely with the Director, Consumer Card Marketing to align on and execute strategies for acquisition.  This individual will also work with the rest of Financial Partnerships team to optimize the usage of all available marketing funds, and will help to drive several key metrics:  new accounts, average spend, active rates and attrition rates.  The role has a significant impact on revenue and EBITDA.

Excellent marketing execution ability

Goal-oriented and analytical, and data-driven

Strong ability to build, manage and influence internal and external partner relationships

Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change 

Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus

5+ years marketing experience

Experience working in hospitality or financial services a plus

Customer acquisition and/or lifecycle management experience

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
