Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Salesforce Administration position will be responsible for Managing all aspects of Salesforce  Administration and Release Management, custom configuration, testing, user support, documentation and training utilizing the Salesforce.com platform to improve Franchise Sales and Operations business objectives. This role will work collaboratively with Salesforce Developers and Business Analysts to implement custom applications for Salesforce.com and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the ability to maintain users profiles, roles and security model, reporting and analytics, Standard and custom configuration, and installation of AppExchange Apps.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage salesforce.com systems administration and custom configurations across WHG salesforce instances. Govern security model ensuring compliance guidelines are adhered to.
  • Responsible for implementation, QA, UAT testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions using standard and custom configuration and ensuring best practices and standards are enforced. Responsible for Managing the Copado environment and all SF Pipeline configurations to ensure environments are in sync.
  • Work with business units to develop customized Reports and Dashboard and ensuring accuracy of data
  • Responsible for maintaining data integrity by managing automated and manual data feeds, de-duplication and cleansing efforts and resolving data issues
  • Manage and prioritize demand/requests, Release Schedule and Sandbox environments
  • Responsible for implementation, configuration and management of 3rd party AppExchange applications
  • Manage a team of Salesforce Administrators
  • Remain current on new Salesforce features and best practices and drive adoption
     

Complexity

Under the direct guidance of the Director, Salesforce Strategy & Implementation this role will be responsible Salesforce Administration and configuration of Enhancement requests on the Salesforce.com Platform to improve business performance for WHG Operations.

 

Scope/Financial Responsibility
Salesforce Business Analysis and Administration will be capitalized and managed thru the IT Project management Demand process and tracked thru clarity.
             

 

Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills
 •    Hand-on experience with Salesforce.com Administration or similar CRM applications (ie., Siebel, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics etc.) with detailed working knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing.
•    Hand-on experience with Copado and Release Management Best Practices.
•    Ability to analyze and creatively solution complex business problems
•    Strong Analytics skills and experience developing custom reports and dashboards
•    Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills
•    Experience using data migration tools (ie., Data Loader, Excel Connector, CRM Fusion)
•    Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
•    Organized and detail oriented and results driven
•    Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects

General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administrator or related field
  • Required Salesforce.com ADM-201 Certification
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Salesforce Experience 


Reporting Structure
This role will report directly to Leigh Rogalo – Sr. Director Salesforce Strategy & Implementation. 
The role will manage – Salesforce Administrator & Jr. Salesforce Administrator positions
Role will be a peer to Manager, Salesforce Business Analysis and Manager, Salesforce Development
