Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships will support existing and new Wyndham Hotels & Resorts strategic partnerships. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for partner management, marketing (including strategic planning and campaign/creative development) and business optimization with Wyndham Hotel & Resorts’ largest and most strategic member benefits partners, including AAA and AARP. The candidate will build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, identify and prioritize the biggest impact opportunities, and collaborate across the organization to launch or optimize new/existing initiatives. The candidate will be part of a dynamic Strategic Partnerships team with exposure to the larger Global Partnerships and Wyndham Rewards teams.

Responsibilities
•    Day-to-day partner management of key Wyndham Hotels & Resorts member benefits partners.  
•    Development of partner strategy, management of internal and external requests, and delivery of regular business reviews.
•    Plan, execute, track performance, and optimize print, digital and email marketing for large and strategic accounts, including AAA, AARP.
•    Create and maintain appropriate messaging by account by working with creative agencies, internal brand teams, revenue management, legal, and global sales leadership to ensure alignment across all channels.
•    Collaborate with internal groups, including award-winning Wyndham Rewards team, to incorporate Wyndham broadscale and targeted promotions in member benefits marketing, as appropriate.  
•    Manage content and merchandising strategy to ensure consistency between Wyndham channels and partner channels.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, legal) teams to refresh and maintain member benefits partner landing pages on brand.com.
•    Maintain annual marketing calendar and budget. 
•    Report on performance to executive-level audiences.
•    Oversee processes between cross-functional Wyndham departments (Global Sales, Franchisee Operations, New Hotel Onboarding) and hotel properties to ensure maximum engagement with key partners. 
•    Develop and implement reporting to drive performance and prioritization.

Key Competencies

•    Partnership/relationship management, experience handling multiple high-touch relationships at one time.  
•    Marketing experience, agency experience a plus. 
•    Data-driven individual who can leverage analytics to inform and create high impact strategies and value proposition development.
•    Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
•    Project management expertise with an ability to develop, articulate and operationalize new ideas.
•    Excellent marketing execution ability.
•    Strong ability to build, manage and influence internal and external partner relationships.
•    Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
•    Strong strategic and analytical skills.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
•    7+ years of progressive work-related experience in partnerships, marketing, or loyalty.
•    Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and using data to drive decision-making.
