Dazzler by Wyndham is now seeking a Líder de Reservas to join our team at Dazzler by Wyndham Rosario in Rosario, Santa Fe ProvinceArgentina.

Propósito

Garantizar la correcta gestión de las reservas, maximizando la ocupación del hotel y asegurando una excelente experiencia para los huéspedes desde el proceso de reserva hasta su llegada y estadía. Es responsable de supervisar la venta y generación de la reserva cumpliendo las políticas y procedimientos logrando una mayor rentabilidad de las habitaciones y una excelente atención para los clientes del grupo.

 

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

Contestar cualquier pedido de reserva o información de manera puntual y profesional por los canales presencial, telefónico, e-mail, WhatsApp, Google My Business u OTA´s (Booking.com, Expedia.com, Despegar.com).

 

Conocer todas las características de habitaciones, sus ubicaciones y servicios del hotel.

 

Supervisar las cotizaciones y confirmaciones en función de los estándares de Wyndham.

 

Mantener actualizada la estructura tarifaría.

 

Mantener e informar las diferentes promociones.

 

Control periódico de reservas ingresadas al sistema por todos los canales incluyendo Walk-Ins y reservas cargadas por Front Desk.

 

Asegurar el control de tomar todos los datos e información necesaria para todas las reservas según las políticas y procedimientos del Grupo.

 

Supervisar el cumplimiento respecto de los cupos destinados a cada segmento del mercado, cliente y nivel de tarifa de acuerdo a la temporalidad y demanda.

 

Manejo de apertura, cierre y comunicación x e-mail del Free Sale para agencias de turismo. 

 

 

Educación & experiencia

  • Estudios secundarios completos, estudiantes cursando primeros años de hotelería o carreras afines
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares
  • Inglés avanzado oral y escrito
  • Etiqueta de conversación y comunicación eficaz
  • Orientación al cliente y actitud de servicio
  • Perfil comercial y de negociación
  • Organización y planificación
  • Manejo de sistema hotelero del hotel (Desbravador, Opera)
