 is now seeking a General Manager to join our team at Wyndham Garden Sao Paulo Aclimaçao in São PauloSao Paulo.

Propósito

Planejar, liderar e coordenar a operação integral do Wyndham Garden Aclimação, assegurando excelência operacional, rentabilidade sustentável e altos níveis de satisfação dos hóspedes, em um hotel urbano de médio porte. 

O cargo exige forte liderança operacional, capacidade de gestão próxima às equipes, visão estratégica aplicada à escala do hotel e foco consistente em resultados financeiros, reputação, eficiência operacional e experiência do hóspede, em alinhamento com os padrões e valores da marca Wyndham. 

Principais funções e responsabilidades

  • Liderar e coordenar todas as áreas operacionais do hotel (Recepção, A&B, Governança, Manutenção e Administração), garantindo eficiência, qualidade de serviço e cumprimento dos padrões Wyndham 
  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe de liderança e colaboradores, promovendo cultura de serviço, engajamento, accountability e desenvolvimento de talentos 
  • Analisar resultados financeiros, DRE e indicadores operacionais, tomando decisões para otimizar rentabilidade e desempenho do hotel 
  • Garantir o cumprimento do orçamento anual, controle de custos e otimização de receitas, adequados à realidade de um hotel urbano de 71 UH 
  • Monitorar e impulsionar a satisfação dos hóspedes, NPS, GSS e reputação online, assegurando melhoria contínua da experiência 
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas Comercial e Revenue para maximizar ocupação, mix de canais e resultados do hotel 

 

Educação e experiência

  • Graduação completa, preferencialmente em Hotelaria, Turismo, Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado um diferencial
  • Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos como General Manager ou posição de liderança equivalente em hotelaria
  • Experiência prévia em hotéis urbanos de pequeno ou médio porte
  • Sólida experiência em gestão financeira e P&L
  • Conhecimentos em vendas, revenue e estratégias comerciais
  • Inglês avançado (espanhol e mandarín, desejável)
  • Domínio de PMS (preferencialmente Opera) e ferramentas de gestão
