Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Gerente Regional de Vendas to join our team at Wyndham Olímpia Royal Hotel in OlímpiaSP.

Propósito

Liderar e executar estratégias de vendas para assegurar o crescimento sustentável das receitas na região. Desempenhar um papel crucial na promoção da marca, na maximização das ocupações e na expansão da base de clientes. Ser responsável por solicitar de forma eficaz e familiarizar-se com todas as contas em seus segmentos de mercado. Também deve ser responsável por prospectar e fechar contas/territórios designados para impactar positivamente as receitas do hotel.

Principais funções e responsabilidades

Assegurar o cumprimento do orçamento de despesas para feiras, eventos, famtur e ações promocionais
Gestão da equipe Comercial de Olímpia em conjunto com a Gerente de Reservas
Visitar carteira de clientes da região de atuação com foco em gerar leads
Abrir novas parcerias e ampliar número de clientes na carteira
Atuar nas negociações estratégicas de grupos/eventos
Acompanhar a evolução do On The Book do hotel e contribuir para atingir o orçamento
Semanalmente presta contas das ações e despesas;Contribuir com ideias e sugestões para incremento dos negócios
Zelar pela imagem da marca em suas visitas comerciais e atuação com os clientes
Benchmarking dos principais players do mercado local e nacional

Educação e experiência

  • Ensino Superior completo ou em curso em Hotelaria, Turismo, Administração ou áreas afins
  • Experiência na função de no mínimo 10 anos, disponibilidade para viagens
  • Conhecimento da região de atuação e clientes com potencial emissivo 
  • Conhecimento em mercado de lazer e Mic
  • Desejável Inglês ou Espanhol – avançados
  • Técnicas de vendas e negociação
  • Domínio em ferramentas Office, geração e controle de relatórios
  • Domínio de metas e ferramentas de RM
  • Experiência com gerenciamento de equipe
