Reporting to the Wyndham Hotel Group Manager you will manage the call transfer programs and facilitate member enrollments at all Global Contact Centers.  The Account Manager, Contact Center Marketing will partner with the call transfer programs, manage, communicate and fulfill incentive programs for transfers and enrollments.  The successful candidate will bring a unique perspective, an analytical mindset, and an ability to collaborate across business functions including marketing, legal, and operations for the day to day management and coordination of enrollment and transfer activities.  You will be accountable to build, manage and influence internal and external partners; develop, articulate and operationalize new ideas and provide an analytical approach to data-driven results.


Our ideal candidate will have a proven three (3) year work related contact center career, and/or marketing experience, Bachelor’s degree or a working equivalent, extensive experience working in hospitality, customer loyalty, or with partnership programs, experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have  advance computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
