Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Account Supervisor, Wyndham Rewards to join our team at Saint John in Saint JohnNew Brunswick.

Job Summary

We currently have two (2) openings for an Account Supervisor within our Wyndham Rewards Department, located at our Wyndham Operation Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick.

                                                         

As a Wyndham Rewards Account Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the efficient resolution of escalated calls and correspondence within the Wyndham Rewards program utilizing our “Count on Me” service promise. This includes researching issues, updating account information and finding resolution in order to retain Wyndham Rewards loyalty members.

  • Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written
