Reporting to the Manager, OSD/Financial Services, you will manage the collections of receivables in order to maintain the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts cash flow. The Financial Services, Collections Specialist will provide superior customer service to our customers by researching, identifying and resolving financial issues. You will collaborate with the franchise to acquire and review financial documents and operating statistics to negotiate payment plan agreements. The successful candidate will work to improve accounts receivable aging, improve invoice collections and maintain overall accounts receivable integrity.  You are empowered to work closely with franchisees, Operations Support, Field Operations, and Brand Leadership ensuring that franchisee’s financial obligations to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts are met in a satisfactory manner.

 

Our ideal candidate will have a proven 2+ years professional experience working in the hospitality and financial industry, some post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent job experience is preferred and proficiency in excel.  A skilled problem solver with demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, customer centric and dynamic environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership is vital to your success.
