We have an exciting term opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Saint John team.  We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work from home with company-provided equipment.  You will be part of an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. 

As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing new talent, guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to our Wyndham Experience.  You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop engaging relationships with both our business partners and candidates.  By leveraging your knowledge of our operations hiring needs and position requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.  You are also comfortable with analytics and drawing insights from results to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.  You will be motivated to nurture our collaborative community partnerships that support our Count on Me culture and strengthen our social media presence to promote the core values and mission of our Saint John Wyndham team.  You will manage the entire candidate process.

 

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated two (2) years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience, a University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related discipline. Two (2) – four (4) years’ experience working as part of a Human Resources Team.  A CPHR designation is considered an asset.  Your passion for recruiting and willingness to bring creative ideas on ways to attract and deliver talent to the organization, ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple business partners, a growth mindset and positive attitude are all keys to your success as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
