 As a successful candidate your starting rate of pay will be $20.50 per hour.

We have full-time opportunities for Help Desk Specialists within our Customer Care Department at our Saint John, NB Corporate office.  We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently we offer flexibility for our teams to work a hybrid schedule which provides the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.


As a Customer Care Help Desk Specialist you are the primary line of defense for our Customer Care Team Members. In this position you will act in a supervisor capacity when working with guests regarding sensitive situations and information. You will be empowered to make decisions and compensate at levels above other Customer Care Departments. Help Desk Specialists receive inbound phone calls from Customer Care Team Members, Customers, Wyndham Rewards Team Members, General Managers, Reservations and Travel Agents and assist with policy, procedure, system, financial concerns, and product questions as well as provide scripting and guidance in dealing with inquiries and problems. Your goal will be to provide best in class customer service.


Reporting to a Customer Care Supervisor you will be empowered to demonstrate your proven two to three years of customer service experience and utilize strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities during your training and growth into the Customer Care Help Desk Specialist position. Your ability to stay calm and positive when dealing with stressful situations, listen to guest concerns actively and empathetically, act with integrity and be accountable, maintain confidentiality, and follow established procedures and guidelines will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment.
