Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Level I, Operations Support Desk to join our team at Saint John in Saint JohnNew Brunswick.

Job Summary

We currently have openings for four (4) Operation Support Desk (OSD) Level I roles available for the Operations Support Desk Department at our Wyndham Hotels & Resorts location in Saint John, New Brunswick.

In this role, you are providing Count on Me Service to the Wyndham franchise community and our internal customers.  You will be the first point of contact for WynPay, Brand Standards, MyPortal and MyRequest tool Navigation, rate parities, and margin inquiries as well as other requests such as tax changes, and Expedia refreshes. Ensuring properties are live on various Third Party websites by researching and analyzing issues on third party websites and troubleshooting problems in the Central Reservation System (CRS) is one of the prime responsibilities of this role.  Your accurate and efficient support of all the information that describes each Wyndham branded hotel such as static data, standard rate plans, and room inventory will ensure we meet our service level agreements.

General Requirements

Your background will include:

  • Meeting or exceeding performance standards in your current position, including having superior attendance and conduct
  • Strong computer and systems experience


An asset in your background is:

  • Prior MyRequest experience
  • Prior OSD Experience


You will have the proven ability to:

  • Make sound decisions using good judgment and problem solving skills 
  • Provide Count on Me Service with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Work under pressure while performing multiple tasks
  • Communicate effectively using proper grammar and sentence structure
  • Organize workload efficiently and effectively
