We have an opportunity for a results driven and detail oriented MyRequest Support I Team Members at our Saint John, NB Office.  We welcome you to our Wyndham Experience, in a role that offers the opportunity to work from home with company-provided equipment. You will be part of an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise.

 

Reporting to the Supervisor, MyRequest, you will provide support to the Wyndham Hotel & Resorts portfolio of hotels across the globe.  The MyRequest Support I Team Member will work collaboratively to build, maintain and support distribution systems as it relates to content and photos.  The successful candidate will document, support and work in partnership with Online Travel Agents (OTA), Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and our own Central Distribution System (CRS).  You are empowered to conduct detailed reviews and analyze assigned work tasks, validate incoming information for accuracy and content within an established time frame.  Your role will also include thoroughly researching and resolving each case in a timely manner to ensure Service Level Agreements are satisfied and evaluating problems encountered that challenge completion of tasks while following the established escalation process.

 

Our ideal candidate will have a proven 1+ years professional experience working in the hospitality industry, some post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent job experience is preferred and proficiency navigating multiple applications.  A skilled problem solver with demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, customer centric and dynamic environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership is vital to your success.
