 As a successful candidate your starting rate of pay will be $18.90 per hour.

We have a 12-month temporary opportunity on our MyRequest Support II Team at our Saint John, NB Corporate Office.  We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently our teams have the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

 

As a MyRequest Support II team member you will provide support to the Wyndham Hotel & Resorts portfolio of hotels across the globe. You will work collaboratively to build, maintain and support distribution systems as it relates to hotel rates and room types.  You are empowered to conduct detailed reviews and analyze assigned work tasks, validate incoming information for accuracy and content within an established time frame using multiple applications to achieve your goals. The successful candidate will document, support and work in partnership with Online Travel Agents (OTA), Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and our own Central Distribution System (CRS). You will work collaboratively with teams across the MyRequest department and with the Hotel Franchisee directly.  Your role will also include thoroughly researching and resolving each case in a timely manner to ensure Service Level Agreements are satisfied and evaluating problems encountered that challenge completion of task while following the established escalation process.

 

Reporting to the MyRequest Supervisor you will be empowered to demonstrate your proven one to two years’ experience working in the hospitality industry and apply your strong time management and communication skills during your training and growth into the MyRequest Support position. Your established computer navigation skills including outlook email, internet research, and multitasking using various screens and applications will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment. You are a skilled problem solver with demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, customer centric and dynamic environment.
