Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Specialist, Help Desk Resolutions Customer Care to join our team at Saint John in Saint JohnNew Brunswick.

Job Summary

An exciting career opportunity is available in our Customer Care Department! We are currently seeking ten (10) Help Desk/Resolution Specialists for the Customer Care Department. The Help Desk/Resolution Team is the primary line of defense for our Customer Care Associates. In this role, you will act in a supervisor capacity when working with guests regarding sensitive situations and information. You will be empowered to make decisions and compensate at levels above other Customer Care Departments. You will be receiving inbound phone calls from Wyndham Hotel Group Core Specialists, Customers, Wyndham Rewards Associates, General Managers, Reservations and Travel Agents. You will be assisting with policy, procedure, system, financial concerns and product questions as well as providing scripting and guidance in dealing with inquiries and problems. Help Desk/Resolutions Associates must be experts on all areas of Wyndham Hotel Group for accurate assistance in case resolution. You will also handle overflow call volume for Customer Care, General Manager Hotline and  e-mail.

General Requirements

Your background will include:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Fluency in English
  • 2-3 years of general customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Access
