We have temporary opportunities for energetic Specialists II, within our Global Account Services department!  We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work from home with company-provided equipment. You will be part of an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise.

 

Our Global Account Services Team Members work with global clients in multiple segments by coordinating group/transient hotel bookings from key global accounts via telephone and email. Specialists work with both internal and external computer systems and work in tandem with Global Sellers to negotiate special rates and terms for clients and groups utilizing proposals and contracts. Groups can range from 1 hotel room to thousands of hotel rooms and Specialists work through multiple mediums (phones, web, client software and email) to solicit and convert revenue opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing key accounts. You are responsible for meeting revenue targets and Service Level Agreements and you will be working with multiple clients and multiple contracts simultaneously. Specialists may, or may not, work with dedicated key accounts.

 

Our ideal candidate will have proven a minimum 1 year of solid customer service and sales experience. Be proactive with strong time management and communication skills, act with integrity and be accountable to your team.  Basic computer skills are considered an asset in the role including knowledge of email or outlook, internet researching, and multitasking using multiple screens and applications. Strong written and verbal communication is a requirement for this role.
