We have a 21-week term opportunity on our Human Resources Team.  We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently our teams are working in a hybrid schedule (both working from home and at office) with company provided computer equipment.

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing new talent, guiding our candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to our Wyndham Experience.  You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop engaging relationships with both our business partners and candidates.  By leveraging your knowledge of our operations hiring needs and position requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated one (1) years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience, a University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related discipline. Two (2) – four (4) years’ experience working as part of a Human Resources Team.  A CPHR designation is considered an asset.  Your passion for recruiting and willingness to bring creative ideas on ways to attract and deliver talent to the organization, ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple business partners, a growth mindset and positive attitude are all keys to your success as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
