Propósito

 

El Gerente de Revenue M. tiene la responsabilidad de todos los aspectos de la Gestión de Ingresos en nombre de su hotel. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el liderazgo de la propiedad para analizar el posicionamiento de precios en todo el conjunto competitivo y en todo el mercado local para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de precios e inventario mediante la gestión de todos los canales de distribución aplicables.  

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

 

Desarrollar estrategias y tácticas específicas de la propiedad para maximizar los ingresos realizando el análisis necesario, que incluye el análisis histórico de la demanda, producción actual, pronósticos y presupuestos, comparación Precio-Valor, análisis de conjuntos de compensación de STR, análisis de mezcla de negocios y calendario de fechas de demanda/bloqueo, entre otros

 

Supervisar y administrar las tarifas y el inventario para garantizar que la propiedad tenga el precio adecuado en el mercado por día, incluidos, entre otros, la estructura de tarifas/precios por niveles por temporada, paridad/disponibilidad de canales, análisis de precios competitivos, análisis de desplazamiento de grupos, administrar la disponibilidad de tarifas/niveles de tarifas y administrar restricciones de inventario (MLOS)

 

Rastrear y comunicar la efectividad de las estrategias y tácticas definidas y hace recomendaciones para los ajustes en curso (Reseñas mensuales, informes semanales de seguimiento/estado, llamadas de ingresos diarias/semanales con la propiedad, entre otras)

 

Educación & Experiencia

 

  • Título universitario; Licenciatura en Turismo y Hotelería / Administración de empresas / Contador / Finanzas 
  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en rol similar, con preferencia dentro de la industria hotelera
