Wyndham Grand is now seeking a Regional VP, Franchise Sales & Development to join our team in this remote based role in the Northwest.

Job Summary

This position oversees franchise sales & development activity for all of the Wyndham Hotels & Resort brands.  This position must prospect and execute new franchise and management agreements.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, relationship management, forecasting executions/openings, and communication with potential and existing customers.


1. Prospecting for new franchise and management agreements                          

2. Execute (Document Management & Closing) Agreements                              

3. Manage Relationships                                                                                   

4. Forecasting                                                                                      

5. Day to Day business activities (Plan and Arrange travel, etc.) 

6. Training/ shadowing to new hire Sales team members

Education & Experience

Extensive sales experience

Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Excellent judgment in evaluating opportunities for the company

New Construction Development Knowledge

Commercial Real Estate Understanding

Commercial lending/banking acumen

Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects

Effective Presentations skills

A desire to travel

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
A college degree is preferred
A record of achieving quotas in a sales organization required
A valid Driver’s License

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
