TRYP by Wyndham is now seeking a Supervisor de Mantenimiento to join our team at TRYP by Wyndham Asuncion in AsuncionN/A.


Llevar adelante el control del equipo que realice las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del hotel, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas municipales vigentes. Con el fin de mantenerlo en óptimas condiciones edilicias y brindar a los huéspedes una experiencia satisfactoria durante su estadía



Principales funciones & responsabilidades

Planificar, coordinar y controlar los trabajos de mantenimiento (pintura, albañilería, electricidad, carpintería, etc.), jardinería y planta tratamiento para un funcionamiento adecuado de las instalaciones del hotel 


Armar el presupuesto anual del sector para su posterior autorización con el objetivo de mantener un nivel de gastos e inversiones del sector


Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas municipales y poner en conocimiento al gerente del hotel en caso de encontrar anomalías para cumplir con las normas edilicias requeridas y evitar sanciones 


Asignar tareas al equipo de mantenimiento y supervisar el cumplimiento de las mismas para mantener un funcionamiento adecuado de las instalaciones


Gestionar a través de su equipo según lo solicitado el mobiliario para cada evento con el objetivo de cumplir con el requerimiento del encargado del sector eventos



Educación & experiencia

  • Secundario técnico completo, se valorará título de Ingeniería Técnica o superior
  • Tres años de experiencia (mínimo) en tareas de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo (pintura, albañilería, electricidad, carpintería, etc.) 
  • Curso de electricidad, gas, plomería.
