Wyndham Garden is now seeking a Supervisor de Recursos Humanos to join our team at Wyndham Garden São Paulo Convention Nortel in São PauloSP.

PROPÓSITO

Responsável por todos os subsistemas de Rh, treinamento, desenvolvimento organizacional, cargos e salários, recrutamento e seleção, relações trabalhistas e sindicais, segurança e medicina no trabalho, benefícios, folha de pagamento e cultura organizacional.

PRINCIPAIS FUNÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Responsável pelo Planejamento Estratégico de RH e implementação e desenvolvimento de toda as políticas e processos de recrutamento e seleção, cargos e salários, treinamento, desenvolvimento organizacional e benefícios
  • Responsável pela gestão e conferência da folha de pagamento, admissões, demissões, férias e recolhimento de encargos
  • Responsável pela Segurança e Medicina no Trabalho, exames admissionais, demissionais, periódicos, PPRA, PCMSO, PPP e etc
  • Responsável pelo orçamento da área de recursos humanos
  • Responsável pela gestão do transporte dos colaboradores, refeitório e vestiário
  • Desenvolver e Implantar as políticas e procedimentos abaixo:

    a) Programa de Treinamento e Grade de Treinamento
    b) Política de Cargos e Salários (Políticas de aumento de mérito, promoção, pesquisa salarial e benefícios, plano de carreira, tabela salarial e descrição de cargo)
    c) Política de Comissionamento para a área de Vendas e Cobrança
    d) Política de Bônus ou Participação nos Lucros ou Resultados
    e) Política de Benefícios
    g) Programa de Avaliação de Desempenho e Feedback
    h) Programas Motivacionais 
    i) Programas para Fortalecimento da Cultura da Wyndham
    j) Programa de Potenciais Sucessores
   k) Programa de Desenvolvimento de Lideranças
   l) Programa de Desenvolvimento do Menor Aprendiz
  m) Procedimentos do Green Building
  n) Desenvolver Pesquisa de Clima e Engajamento Organizacional
  f) Desenvolver Relatórios com KPIs Gerenciais da área de RH
 g) Desenvolver testes para Recrutamento e Seleção
 h) Implantar Sistema/Software de RH  
 

PRINCIPAIS CONHECIMENTOS E EXPERIÊNCIA

Preferencialmente Superior Completo / Bacharelado em Turismo e Hotelaria / Administração de Empresas / Recursos Humanos / Psicología
Experiência mínima de 3 anos em cargos similares
Habilidades de liderança
Experiência na área de RH e treinamento
Gerenciamento do pacote Office
Nível intermediario de inglês
Gestão de Sucess Factors
