Wyndham is now seeking a Líder de Alojamiento to join our team at Wyndham Tamarindo in Tamarindo, Guanacaste.

Propósito

La misión fundamental del líder de alojamiento es organizar, dirigir y controlar el área de recepción, gestionar la oferta de habitaciones, teniendo en cuenta las reservas, entradas, salidas, facturación y situaciones especiales (cambios, overbooking, no shows, etc.) y optimizar los recursos materiales y humanos de los que dispone con el objetivo de ofrecer mejor calidad de servicio al cliente, más satisfacción a los trabajadores y la máxima ocupación y producción del hotel

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

Velar por el buen conducir del departamento de recepción siendo este su responsabilidad primordial, así como el buen trato a los colaboradores

 

Ser responsable del departamento de ama de llaves, siendo este su responsabilidad primordial, así como el buen trato a los colaboradores

 

Desarrollar e implementar los procedimientos de su departamento como el dominio del PMS Opera, gestionar la contabilidad financiera y los presupuestos, resolver de forma rápida y educada las quejas y reclamaciones de los huéspedes para proporcionar una experiencia del huésped positiva, organizar y participar en las reuniones del departamento, distribuir comunicaciones y objetivos al personal de recepción, formar al personal de recepción en los estándares y procedimientos de servicio y supervisar su labor, maximizar la ocupación de las habitaciones, ofrecer tarifas competitivas y optimizar los ingresos a través de actividades de ventas y marketing, monitorizar y supervisar los procedimientos de calidad, limpieza y salud y seguridad de todos los departamentos de atención al público a través de inspecciones diarias

 

Llevar adelante el programa de desarrollo ama de llaves

 

Elaborar el cronograma y horarios de trabajo con el objetivo de asegurar cubrir todos los turnos con el personal suficiente para llevar a cabo el servicio

 

Educación & experiencia

  • Formación universitaria en Hostelería y/o Turismo/ o similar
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar 
  • Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés
  • Dominio de paquete Office
  • Gestión de personal de recepción
