Job Summary

 We looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Guest Services Agent who fluently speaks French to work at our learning and conference center, located in Scarborough, Ontario.

We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful individual who will provide assistance for meetings, conferences and provide administrative support to clients. 

Education & Experience
  • Bilingual- French 
  • This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of one year job-related experience.

Fundamental Requirements
  • Bilingual- French - Maintains lines of communication with other clerks by writing e-mails to update current situations/changes.
  • Produces a variety of name badges for guest which requires manipulation of logos and templates.
  • Provides business services for all guests involving basic typing, word processing, computer publishing, copying, fax, and other message transmissions.
  • Generates door signs for all groups the week before they arrive for posting the day of the meeting.
  • Takes and delivers guest messages.
  • Updates (urgent) information on the message system as necessary.
  • May be required to perform additional and / or different responsibilities from those set forth above.
  • This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of one year job-related experience.
