Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Regional Learning & Development Partner - South & East Europe to join our team in Poland.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering learning and development programmes across franchise hotels throughout South & East Europe.
- Facilitating engaging training sessions that support operational excellence, brand standards, revenue generation, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.
- Conducting learning needs analysis and recommending tailored development solutions to meet business requirements.
- Identifying and selling bespoke training programmes that address operational and commercial performance opportunities.
- Supporting the planning and execution of the annual regional learning and development strategy and training calendar.
- Partnering with franchise hotel General Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure training solutions align with business objectives.
- Contributing to the design, adaptation and continuous improvement of training content, including instructor-led and digital learning solutions.
- Working closely with global and regional learning teams to ensure consistency, quality and alignment of learning programmes.
- Managing and developing a Training Officer, providing coaching, performance feedback and ongoing development support.
- Supporting budget management, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within the learning function.

What we're looking for
- Strong facilitation and training delivery experience within hospitality, learning and development, or a related field.
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and designing practical development solutions.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities through learning initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems, including content management and curriculum administration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence audiences at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Your background
- Professional qualification in adult learning, training, learning & development, or working towards one.
- Experience in both hotel operations and learning & development within the hospitality industry.
- Experience working within an international organisation or global hospitality brand.
- Experience in training consultancy or training sales would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the full learning and development lifecycle.
- Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience leading or coaching team members, ideally within a virtual environment.
